What is your ideal weekend?

Getting away to my 2nd home in Barcelona - lovely.

If you were to cook a meal for yourself, what would it be?

I love my Sunday Roasts & proper pudding with custard.

Do you have any famous pals?

What do you do with your days off?

Catch up with my mates - weekends away having fun.

What is the most controversial call you’ve ever had on your show?

I guess I have heard it all now. The ones that annoy me are the callers that mishear what has been said on the show & call me up to pick a fight with me on air. All part of the job though.

What’s your most embarrassing radio moment?

Collapsing on air when I did a drive time show on a radio station in the Midlands was pretty bad!

What job would you do if you weren’t presenting on the radio?

I’d love Phillip Scofields job on This Morning.

Describe yourself in 3 words:

Boy next door.

Describe a typical day for you.

Get up around 6am - Get to work at 8 - Lunch - Log on to my PC at home to deal with work related stuff from about 2pm - Tea at 6pm. Then the evening to myself.

What CD is in your CD player right now?

A Cafe Del Mar album, fantastic.

What would we find in your fridge?

Lots of low cal food - fruit - booze - something chocolaty for a treat.

What really winds you up?

Rude people, there’s just no need for it.

Who was the last person to text you?

My best mate to sort a night out - Fantastic.
